Director of Training & Development
The Creation Energy Buccaneer

Antonetta is WorldKind’s Director of Training and Development. In addition to her operations-based responsibilities, she manages the WorldKind Instructional Design team and oversees the WorldKind Student Ambassador program.

She holds degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as an Associate degree in Interpretation and Translation. With an unwavering commitment to lifelong learning, she also holds multiple advanced accreditations from industry-recognized organizations, which spans learning and organization design, public health-based community education, and neuro-linguistic programming.

Antonetta brings over 14 years of Fortune 50 corporate finance leadership experience, specializing in strategic operations and the development of purpose-driven programs. In 2018, she founded a public health education business that was named a Best of Austin company in both 2022 and 2023. She also serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas-Austin in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences. Her lectures, conducted during 2022-2024, delve into topics such as public health inclusivity and the compounding societal impacts of accessibility to continuing adult education. Additionally, her interest in design extends to her hobby collaborations, which have been showcased at South by Southwest (SxSW) and in partnership with talented international creators, resulting in innovative and expansive pieces.

Today, her primary passion is crafting human-centered, empowering platforms designed to support collective potential. Her dedication to instructional and organization design is rooted in a fundamental belief that the opportunity for self-empowerment and lifelong learning begins with accessibility, encompassing both synchronous and asynchronous approaches.

Antonetta along with her husband and their rescue pups call their little wooded oasis just outside of Austin home. An avid globetrotter and nature enthusiast, she’s often found island-hopping, adventuring across international rail systems, and swooning over all things beautifully designed with her trusty Loops, reMarkable, and jam-packed Kindle in tow.

“I love traveling and am constantly amazed by the magnificence of this incredible world that we collectively have the honor of calling home. I never miss an opportunity to care for Earth and our oceans along the way, and some of my favorite spots are in Sedona, the Island of Hawai’i (Big Island), and Bavaria. It is an absolute honor to contribute and be a part of the WorldKind network as we educate and create accessibility for diverse travelers and fellow lifelong learners worldwide!”
